MIXED VEGETABLE SLAW


SLAW

½ head Savoy cabbage

1 bunch carrots

1 medium kohlrabi   


DRESSING

1 TBS mustard

2 cloves garlic

3 TBS white wine vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil


PREPARATION

Shred the cabbage and grate the carrot and kohlrabi. It is not necessary to peel them.


Smash the garlic, and mince it. Add the mustard and vinegar. Whisk in the olive oil slowly to form an emulsion.


Mix the vegetables and dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Keep chilled
