PEAS WITH MINT


4 lbs peas in the pod

2 large sprigs of mint

1 bunch green onions

2 TBS butter


Shell the peas. Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the peas. Finely chop the mint leaves, and add to the peas. Slice the green onions and add. Cook over medium heat until the peas and onions are just softened. Season with salt.
